Angela Watson

Angela Christine Watson is an American model and actress. Her most well-known role was as Karen Foster, the daughter of Carol Foster Lambert's character Suzanne Somers in the American sitcom Step by Step. Angela Watson holds a National Board Certified Teacher's Certificate as well as a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction. She has a wealth of experience as an instructor who has more than a decade's worth of classroom and coaching experience. Angela created this site in 2003 while she was still teaching. Her goal was to inspire educators with practical suggestions for classrooms and to help them develop a positive attitude. It was originally called Ms. Powell's Teaching Management Ideas until 2008 when the site changed its name to The Cornerstone for Teachers. It was the year she released her first book. Angela Powell's professional development in productivity is now being used at over 45,000 public schools in the USA by way of her 40 Hour Workweek initiative. It was originally designed for teachers, and then extended to coaches, instructors and even administrators, 40 Hour is helping educators focus more on their individual academic and contractual obligations.
